Everything was great. The chef was an amazing host, water and wine provided, class great fun, shown what happens in the restaurant kitchen and met some lovely people in the group. Great value for money and would highly recommend.

A chef will teach you how to prepare the crunchy shell which you will knead with your own hands, then fry the dough and prepare the sweet cream to fill it. At the end of the course, you'll taste the real Sicilian cannolo you prepared, comfortably seated at the table.
