Beskrivning

Take a peaceful mini-cruise to explore two of the most famous Aeolian Islands, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000. The island of Panarea is very famous for its fine architecture and the attendance of the international jet-set, while Stromboli is dominated by a perpetually active volcano. Visit the Calajunco Bay and the small Zimmari Beach.

Enjoy leisure time ashore to visit a typical village, to enjoy the beach and to have lunch in a local restaurant. Transfer by motorboat to Stromboli and dock for a tour of the island until sunset. Then you'll return on board. From the sea, visit the 'Sciara del Fuoco' with its spectacular explosions (weather/sea conditions permitting).

The meeting point is the main bus terminal and not the Greek Theatre. Getting out from Porta Messina Arch, take the Via Pirandello out from Porta Messina Arch, take the Via Pirandello on the right and continue down until you reach the Bus Terminal after 500 m. on the right-hand side.

Fantastisk fin utflykt men tyvärr hade jag för låg energi att tillgodogöra mig den fullt ut då den höll på från tidig morgon till midnatt. Största behållningen för mig var båtresan, bada på vulkanstranden på Stromboli samt se de utbrott från vulkanen vi såg på hemresan. Panorea tyckte jag faktiskt var lite överskattat. Guidningen var mycket bra. På den ganska långa bussresan till hamnen i Messina berättade guiden om Sicilien och det vi åkte förbi.

Die Reise war gut organisiert. Auf Panarea wäre eine halbe Stunde mehr Zeit schöner gewesen. Insgesamt war es aber ein schöner Ausflug.

Personally we would like less time spent on Panarea and more on Stromboli, but we appreciate that this could be different for others. Overall a very worthwhile trip. Maybe stress the length of the trip on the booking form as it is a very long day (10:00 - 00.00)!

Die Organisation war hervorragend. Pünktliche Abholung an meinem Ort. In Messina fing die Bootstour an . Auf Panaera hatten wir 2 Stunden ca freie Zeit. Unser Guide, Alexandra , hat uns viele interessante Infos gegeben. Dann ging es weiter zum Stromboli, vorbei an vielen kleinen Inseln. Es war sehr schön. Auf Stromboli hatten wir auch genügend Zeit. Um 19.30 Uhr fuhren wir mit dem Schiff zur Krateröffnung . Es war sehr beeindruckend! Wir haben sogar Lava gesehen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Danke
