Discover the central part of Malta, dominated by the ancient citadel of Medina, once the island's capital city steeped in history.
Join the tour and navigate through the narrow streets and mysterious alleyways of Mdina, also known as the "silent city". Reach the awe-inspiring bastions and take in an almost 360-degree panoramic view of the island. Leave Mdina through the Greek Gate and proceed to the catacombs, followed by a drive to the southwest of the island, to the Dingli cliffs, which offer breathtaking views of the open sea and the tiny island of Filfla.
After a lovely lunch, move on to the botanic gardens of San Anton, home to some of the island's rarest plants and trees, and now home of the President of the Republic. Next, visit Mosta and its impressive dome, one of Europe's largest standing unsupported domes.
Your last stop will be the crafts center at Ta' Qali, where you can see glass blowing, pottery and filigree firsthand, and where you'll have ample time for shopping for souvenirs.
