Beskrivning

After boarding the catamaran, enjoy a 1-hour journey to Comino Island. Experience Malta from a beautiful vantage point, the sea. Cruise close to the coast and witness Malta’s magnificent naturally-formed coastline, including its enormous cliffs, rocky nooks, and crannies.

Pass the tiny Island of St. Paul’s ad spot the statue of the apostle Saint Paul. You will stop for one hour at the stunning Crystal Lagoon (June-October in fair weather conditions only). With unbelievably clear water, it is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and diving.

After arriving at the Blue Lagoon, you will moor in the prime area. Enjoy the all the fantastic facilities of the boat such as a huge water slide and sundeck with cushioned sun loungers. Spend the rest of the afternoon swimming from the boat or walking ashore to explore the tiny island. Comino is also worth a visit in winter and is ideal for walkers and photographers. With no urban areas or cars on the island, one can easily smell the scent of wild thyme and other herbs.

With the day drawing to a close, you will cruise back to Bugibba Port, entering the Santa Maria pirate caves and viewing the “Elephants Head”.

The spot at the Crystal Lagoon from 01 June to 30 October is only in fair weather conditions

From 1st May 2025, if you wish to go on land at the Blue Lagoon, you’ll need to book a free ticket from the government website www.blcomino.com. If you prefer to swim from the boat or stay on board, no ticket is required

Marsaxlokk Sunday Market & Blue Grotto with Local Guide

Leisure is the name of the game on Sunday mornings in Malta, and this shopping and sightseeing trip makes the most of Malta's scenery and local culture. You'll head to Ħaġar Qim Temple, gaze at the renowned Blue Grotto and visit the fishing village of Marsaxlokk to stroll around its weekly market. Micheal, one of our expert local guides, says, 'If you like to eat fish and seafood, Marsaxlokk won't disappoint. It's packed with great restaurants and market day brings the freshest produce to town, much of it picked or caught the same day.'We'll kick off with a visit to the historic Hagar Qim Temple. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is over 5,000 years old and hints at how Malta's first inhabitants lived on the island. Then, it's on to one of Malta's most famous natural sights – the Blue Grotto of Wied Iz-Zurrieq. It's a 50-metre-deep natural cave with a huge arch that stretches out to sea. The caves get their name from the light reflecting off the water, which creates a dazzling blue colour. An optional boat trip into the grotto is available.You'll reach Marsaxlokk – one of the most picturesque spots in the country – just as tummies to begin growling. This quaint fishing village hosts a large market down by the waterfront – make sure you check out the colourfully painted ‘luzzu' boats floating in the harbour. As well as freshly caught fish, there'll also be locally grown fruit and veg, Maltese wines, cold cuts, cheeses and leather goods. Enjoy free time here and tuck into what takes your fancy.

Staden är vacker, byggd av sten som glänser i solen, och den är full av kulturella skatter."Först åker du till de höga vita Dingli-klipporna – de är öns högsta punkt och väl värda ett fotostopp. Sedan fortsätter du till den befästa Mdina för en guidad vandring. Den gamla stadsdelen, som skyddas av gamla murar och en vallgrav, ger en inblick i Maltas förflutna. Efter besöket i Mdina åker du till en traditionell glasblåsningsfabrik i Ta' Qali där du kan se hantverkarna arbeta och skapa allt från pappersvikter till parfymflaskor.En meny med läckra maltesiska rätter serveras till lunch på en närliggande restaurang, innan dagen avslutas med en guidad tur i Mosta-basilikan. Denna kyrka från 1800-talet är känd för att ha den tredje största fristående kupolen i Europa, men det är inte bara storleken som imponerar. Den delikata inredningen i guld, vitt och blått får dig att titta upp tills nacken värker.

Rundtur i liten grupp i Gozo med Victoria och Ggantija-templen
