Trip was cancelled without us knowing. Have email confirmation, TICKETS and a follow up email yesterday telling us extra details about the trip. When we got to the bus we where told it was cancelled the day we booked it and we where emailed. Not the case. Of it was cancelled why would I have tickets and several confirmation emails
