From the moment we booked, to the pick up to the drop off, everything was perfect. When we arrived at our boat we were blown away by our boat. They gave us the love boat as we were on our honeymoon. Nan our boat man was brilliant taking us around our island tour. We cant recommend this trip enough.
This is the ideal day trip if you want to take transfers from Krabi or Ao Nang to Phuket and visit the highlights of Phi Phi on the same day. You'll experience Koh Phi Phi with a private longtail boat on a self-guided tour departing from Krabi district and ending in Phuket, including all the hotel and boat transfers.
You'll be picked up from your hotel at 8 am and travel with a private taxi to the pier, then a shared speedboat will take you to Phi Phi Islands. At 10.45 am you'll start a 4-hour private tour on a traditional longtail boat and visit Maya Bay, the location of the film “The Beach”. You'll stop at Pileh Lagoon, a perfect spot to cool down and take a swim in the turquoise waters whilst admiring the cove-like canyon. The tour continues to Monkey Bay, where you'll see crab-eating macaque monkeys in their natural habitat, Shark Point and Viking Cave. Next, you'll enjoy a snorkeling experience among colorful fish and corals and have lunch onboard. For lunch, you'll be able to choose between fried rice or an omelet with rice (with topping beef, chicken, seafood or vegetarian).
The private tour will finish around 2.30 pm and you'll have free time to explore Phi Phi on your own. In the afternoon, a shared speedboat will take you to Phuket, where you'll be dropped off at your hotel by a private taxi around 6 pm.
