Your authentic Calabrian experience takes place in a working farm, so be ready for rustic surroundings and truly geniune farm produce - it's a simple set up but gives you an insight into local specialities. And that's not all - while you are waiting for your cheese to be ready, you will try your hand at rolling your own handmade pasta with a demonstration from an expert chef.
