What to expect

Meeting point:
Present your ticket directly at the Burj Khalifa entrance, located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.
What to remember

Not allowed:

  • Service animals and pets
  • Food and drinks

Know in advance:

  • Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage check room located near the entrance
  • For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather
  • If you wish to see the spectacular fountain show, you are advised to book for approximately 30 minutes before the fountain show you would like to watch to get a good spot
  • The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, however, you are welcome to take your time
  • Please note that during the high season (winter) and festivities, there could be delays and queues
  • No VR Experience available for early morning visits before 8.30am
  • Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge

    Echt een aanrader. Wij zijn rond 10:30 met de lift naar boven gegaan. Rond deze tijd was het rustig en geen wachtrij.

    Natürlich gehört ein Besuch in Burj Khalifa zum Dubai Urlaub dazu. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen die Aussicht ist spektakulär, auch die Preise im Souvenir Shop sind völlig in Ordnung. Wir hatten gar keine Wartezeiten und konnten quasi direkt zum Aufzug durchgehen.

    Je wordt langs een kudde fotografen geleid zodra je binnen bent, Dan boven nog eens twee keer . De commercie viert hoogtij en dat is voor toeristen die zelf de weg willen zoeken niet leuk !!! De Burjkalifa an zich is het bezoek waard !! Je hoeft niet op de foto , maar dat moet je duidelijk aangeven en dan mag je uit de rij .
