Interesting to see real local farm life in action, to learn of traditional methods and have a good laugh trying it ourselves. The host and staff were excellent as was our guide and driver. Food and wine excellent. Option to buy cheese etc but not pushy. The only very minor negative thing was that we didn’t finish picking up all other guests on the way until 1 hr 40 mins into the journey, then had further to go. So for them, a nice short hop into the countryside, for us a little bit long.
