Die Abholung war über eine Stunde später, ohne Informiert zu werden. Am Ort angekommen ging es dann direkt mit einer Einweisung ins Quad los und es wird versucht eine Versicherung zu verkaufen, da Schäden so teuer wären, an den Geräten. Die Cenote entspricht nicht den Bildern und ist eher enttäuschend. Beim Katamaran angekommen, hatte man uns vergessen dort anzumelden. Man hatte uns gebeten, dass wir kurz warten und wir würden auf die nächste Fahrt gebucht werden, dies wurde auch fast vergessen.
