“The transfer was awful, in temperatures in excess of 35 degrees you expect air conditioned transport, however we got a very old coach that didn't have any air conditioning and it made us all feel very unwell. It ruined the day for us. Aqualand itself was amazing but TUI let the experience down with the terrible transfer.”

“Coach transfer was terrible. Driver got lost and went the wrong way. Took 2 hrs to get there when it was only supposed to be a 45 minute drive. This left us with less time in the actual park. On the return journey it took another hour and 30 minutes and driver did not drop off at hotel reception as expected (he dropped us off on a street at the back of the hotel). Slides were good.”
