Es war sehr schwierig, die bei TUI reservierten Tickets zu erhalten. Die Herren im Häuschen mussten erst im PC nachschauen, ob es eine Reservierung gab. Einfacher wäre gewesen, TUI hätte mir einen QR-Code für die Tickets geschickt. Dann hätten wir nicht so lange den Verkauf aufgehalten... hinter uns hatte sich eine irre lange Schlage gebildet und es gab nur einen Verkaufsschalter für hunderte Menschen.

Dat het regende kon de maatschappij niets aan doen. Maar de sfeer aan boord was matig, geen toelichting, geen muziek en ook geen sfeerverlichting. Als het donker is, is het ook lastig om zelf een papieren gids te moeten lezen om te ervaren waar je langs vaart.
