Sienan katedraali, joka tunnetaan myös nimellä Duomo di Siena, on keskiaikainen roomalaiskatolinen kirkko Italiassa. Kirkko on rakennettu vuosien 1215 ja 1263 välillä sitä edeltävän rakennuksen perustuksille. Kauniin ja vaikuttavan rakennuksen ulkoseinät on tehty valkoisesta ja mustasta marmorista ja sen julkisivua koristaa punainen marmori. Sienan katedraali on yksi parhaimmista romaanis-goottilaisen arkkitehtuurin esimerkeistä ja sanotaan että säveltäjä Richard Wagner murtui kyyneliin, nähtyään katedraalin esimmäistä kertaa.
